Hard Reset XOLO Era 4K First method:

1.At the beginning switch off the phone by using the Power button.

 2.Then press and hold together Volume Down + Power key for a few seconds.

3.You can release held keys when you see an Xolo icon.
4.In order to open the Recovery Mode menu hold down the Volume Down key for a short while.

 

5.In the next step use Volume buttons to select "wipe data/factory reset" and tap the Power button to confirm.

6.Afterwards choose "yes" from the menu, and accept it with Power button.

7.When a Recovery Mode appears again on the screen accept option "reboot system now" using Power rocker.

8.That's all. The hard reset operation should be completed.
