Hard Reset LENOVO A6000 Plus

First method:

1.At the very beginning hold down the Power key to switch off the cell phone.

2.After that, press and hold at the sime time two buttons: Volume Up + Power butt

3.When the Recovery Menu appears in front of you remove your fingers from the phone.
4.press the Volume Down to highlight "wipe data/factory reset", and then push the Power button to confirm

5.Select "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume Down button to scroll and Power key to select.

6.To restart the phone, choose "reboot system now".

7.Wait until the process completes.
8.That's all! The hard reset has just been performed.

Second method:

1.The cell phone must by switched on, so hold down the Power button for a couple of seconds. 

2. After that, go to Settings and then to Reset.

3.Tap Factory data reset.

4. Choose Reset phone and select Erase everything to begin the hard reset operation.

5.Well done! Your phone is ready to use.
